The persuasive essay is simply an essay written to bring an audience around to a particular viewpoint or course of action. Your essay will be scored using the guidelines given below. Notice the possible point values assigned to each portion of the essay. As with all essays assigned in my class, you are required to use 12 point Times New Roman double-spaced with a one inch margin all around the paper.
